Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
Product is in its original condition (normal use wear is acceptable)
All original tags and packaging materials are included when possible
Product was purchased directly from ergola.co or an authorized retailer
Note: Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions are not eligible for return. Gift cards and downloadable products cannot be returned.

Receive Return Label
We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day. Simply print it out and attach it to your package.
Ship It Back
Pack the item in its original packaging (or a suitable alternative) and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
