Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer two shipping options for domestic orders within the United States:

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
During peak seasons and promotional events, processing times may extend by an additional 1-2 business days. We will notify you by email if any significant delays are expected.
International Shipping
International Orders
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping to other countries is coming soon.
For Canadian orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes.
Order Tracking
Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation email. If your tracking number does not work after 48 hours, please contact our support team.

Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost.
